CFWNC's 32nd Annual Professional Seminar will provide an update regarding income tax, estate and gift tax and generation-skipping tax. In addition, the program will discuss potential future tax law changes in light of the automatic sunset in 2025 and proposed changes to applicable rules advanced in recent years. We will then delve into the Corporate Transparency Act and the associated FinCEN rules regarding the enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act.
