LAND OF THE SKY ESTATE PLANNING COUNCIL

Panelists will discuss a community initiative in Advance Care Planning under the organization, The North Carolina Center for Health and Aging.  The goal is to create a sustainable initiative in advance care planning and completion of advance directives to preserve quality of life for all citizens as part of “health and aging” in Western North Carolina.  The three panelists will speak from experience in the acute care setting, where advance care planning guides treatment.
