Observations From Both Sides of the Table - A Gift Planner Goes Back to the Dark Side
David Routh is the Managing Director, Private Client Advisor at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. He returned to U. S. Trust after serving as the Director of Gift Planning at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; previously he was the Managing Director at U. S. Trust Planned Giving Services Group. Routh brings a unique perspective from both sides of the desk – as an advisor to financially sophisticated high net worth clients and as a gift planner focused on translating charitable intent to yield gifts for the state’s flagship university. He’ll share his insights and experience, delivered with humor and imbued with respect for the human element in charitable, estate and gift planning.
